It has happened a few times now that people looking to set up a server in a new city or just test out our code for their city are seeing the README, trying to go through the dev environment setup instructions meant for our team, and then emailing me asking for API keys and a database dump for their city that we are not deployed in.
So it seems that people are finding us through the Github page, and it would be helpful for us to include a short blurb at the top of the README that directs people on where to go if they are interested in deploying in a new city. I figured I'd link them to issue #281 where @jonfroehlich writes out some criteria for deploying in a new city, and I'll probably direct them to email sidewalk@uw.edu so that Jon and I both get the message.
