map.project-osrm.org: No route from Munich to Stockholm

way to reproduce:

start point: "Munich" + Enter
end point: "Stockholm" + Enter
Click on "Route!".

It seems that something of the backend crashed, maybe osrm-routed, because the system doesn't work after the last action for several minutes. (Check route munich-berlin)

Same effect for short distances within Stockholm:

Start: Wallingatan, Stockholm
End: Odenplan, Stockholm

Same with Oslo. Are Sweden and Norway not part of the available area?

The demo is broken. There have been hardware issues before. Another server will be provided soon.
