Error coming while extracting using the car profile car.lua

Hi,

I am trying to use the latest OSM data and preprocess with OSRM 5.27.1. But when extracting using the car profile car.lua, I get the below error
traffic_signal.lua:12: attempt to index global 'traffic_lights' (a nil value)
It seems to be coming from https://github.com/Project-OSRM/osrm-backend/blob/master/profiles/lib/traffic_signal.lua#L12

Closing as duplicate of #6663. You may want to comment on that ticket though, especially if you can provide an indication of which OSM extract you used in order to help reproduce with something smaller than planet.
