kits23 tutorial infers only one segment

I have trained my model as it was wriiten in readme with command python -m monai.apps.auto3dseg AutoRunner run --input=./input.yaml --algos=segresnet.

However when I try to run an inference to obtain a file with segmentation I have only one segment with no tumor indication.

What am I doing incorrect?

Hi @anadb, AutoRunner will also do ensemble and write the prediction to disks. Please check that results.

Hello @KumoLiu sorry for the late answer. I checked endemble prediction and there is no any tumor segmentation.
On the picture below on the right side is data from segmentation.nii.gz file on the left side imaging_ensemble.nii.gz
