The sender e-mail address when sending a request from the ticket is taken over by the registered user.
If this is replied to, the e-mail will not be returned to the ticket system and will be linked to the ticket history.
There is no possibility to use or select our e-mail address for the ticket system, for example it-support@........
I understand Ticketmail as a function to ask a query from a ticket and the answer must then run back into the ticket.
This function is necessary to ensure the return to the ticket system centrally, even if several people work with the system.
