[Enhancement] RegionAdapterMapping.RegisterMapping Generic method

Summary

Let's add a generic method to the RegionAdapterMapping.RegisterMapping method to simplify the registration of custom region adapters.

API Changes

currently we have to write this:
regionAdapterMappings.RegisterMapping(typeof(StackPanel), Container.Resolve<StackPanelRegionAdapter>());

But I want this:
regionAdapterMappings.RegisterMapping<StackPanel, StackPanelRegionAdapter>();
