going over the "Safe Range"

My 5700X3D was really underperforming at stock, after i used PBO2 Tuner, i realized that i was still gaining performance with UV above 30, and only after choosing -50, did i reach the usual CB23 score for a stock 5700X3D, don't know what's wrong with my chip, but is there any way to unlock UVs above 50? The program currently doesn't let me do it and says it's out of the safe range.
