Beta version of the module following PR #73: Code cleanup & refacto

Upgrade engine reworked, working with PrestaShop 1.6 & 1.7.
More technical details are available in the dedicated document.

• Clean deprecated code for backward compatibility with unsupported versions
• Add composer and its autoloader
• Tests
• Add entrypoint for whole upgrade process

Templating

• Export all content to display outside the controller
• Use another templating system for the exported content (Twig)

• Upgrade channel manager
• Logger (existing one seems to be unused)
• Module configuration
• JSON Response generator
• Destination version of PS checker (allowing the module to use the proper adapter)
• Error handler

• In case of error, output all log waiting to be displayed
