Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Heroku free dynos wouldn't be available , we need to move our deployment smoothly to some other service

Describe the solution you'd like
Deployment to other services, needs exploration

Describe alternatives you've considered
DB setup needs to be also thought of, we need to migrate the db as is
