Public reporting structure

Would be cool to have an interactive way to see who reports to whom. We could use React Flow for something like this, and pull data directly from Deel to keep it updated automatically.

Don't we already mostly have this with the team pages?

Team leads are marked. Everyone on the team reports to the lead. Just basically need a "team exec" field where we say who is overseeing each team.

That leaves PMs kinda hanging.. Maybe there's a "reporting to" override on people who fall into multiple teams.
