Nyxus.featurize_files() missing input parameters #177

Nyxus.featurize_files() function doesnot have these input variables (output_directory, and output_filename) while they are mentioned in docstring. These is important input parameters when someone does not want to use the default name NyxusFeature.arrow for output file.
