Mettre la possibilité de décrire l'aménagement avec des images ou un pdf est une bonne solution. Peut-on la compléter avec un champ libre permettant de décrire l'aménagement. Il n'y aura pas toujours un fichier à joindre.

Pas seulement un titre, un champ pour dire simplement par exemple :
"information et recommandations transmises au propriétaire."
