Rewrite the whole OS

Can we rewrite the whole OS ?

A rewrite is required because the OS doesn't support GDT, IDT, ISR and IRQ, which are needed by devices such as keyboard. We cannot test the OS because the Makefile is also not working.

I have added GDT but it's not working.
