Upgrade to .NET 8. Remove framework compilation for .NET6 & .NET 7

Hi, would it be possible to to a release of .net 8 before all issues in Version 11 are done?

Hi, would it be possible to to a release of .net 8 before all issues in Version 11 are done?

We've been waiting for the 8.0 release of the MySql package we're using, but we just realized that their upcoming .NET8 major is 0% complete and has 40 open issues, so we might have to release without it.
