5. Presentation at Crypto Fest
   I created the speech/content presentation for my speech at Crypto Fest (had around 300 attendees) based on various official Phala resources. I got approval from Maggie on my draft and created the slides for the presentation.

Good Points
I went out of my comfort zone with the presentation and got better reach on my posts this month.

Bad Points
There are a few points on my presentation that I want to improve on.

How To Improve
Research and practice on public speaking specifically regarding Phala Network. With a special focus on being able to tailor how I present/speak to people of varying technical skillsets.

MARKETING

I contributed to our focus for this month:
Compiling a list of local marketing resources
I used various means to collect 10 leads and contributed these to the sheet. Also made sure to check that the leads I wrote down are still active and included a variety (university clubs, research networks, X communities)

Outreach to leads we collected
I reached out to 5 leads in October, 3 of them I met in person at the conference. I also met a lead from crypto university (one of my leads that I wrote down with p0 priority) but I am in the process of reaching out. I made a lot of leads at the conference which I have connected on LinkedIn (over 10) but they aren't KOLs (more like industry professionals) so I am not sure if those should be written down.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I attended a conference in Cape Town as a Phala Ambassador. I was also one of the speakers and my presentation was on "Addressing Trust Issues In Decentralized AI Infrastructure". There were around 300 attendees and I made a number of connections which I am currently in contact with, including the event organizers. I reached out to them as well. I need to sort through my connections made and I will record my leads for BD as soon as I establish a more solid relationship with those I met.

CLOSING COMMENTS
My overall quantity decreased a bit for this month because I got really sick and needed time to recover, so I did as much as I could. However it was also a highlight month as I went out of my comfort zone with the nerve-wrecking presentation at Crypto Fest (prepped for a week and also had to dox myself but it allowed me to represent Phala more effectively). There are many areas for improvement that I will work on diligently and contribute to Phala's growth as it shifts to a B2B business model with TEE-as-a-service. I feel that this month was a good step for me towards being able to support more effectively in this new model. I have another conference this month and I look forward to showing more progress in MK and BD.
