Summary

We should write the brainmasks in the dwi-resolution to the qsirecon root subject folders.

Additional details

Modelarray, have a T1w / MNI mask that is in same resolution as DWIMAP scalars.

This is just a matter of copying the brain masks from QSIPrep, right? We don't need to actually calculate anything?

If MNI space scalars are requested, then the mask would need to be warped to MNI space.
