[TOOLS] Graphic settings management/override

Hi there,
since these days I'm "fighting" with HDR enabling on Linux, I've noticed that it offers much more fine tuning (e.g. enabling bit depth and color range independent of drivers, etc.) abilities so I wondered if any open tool to better/smarter manage Windows' advanced graphics settings exists.

Here's what I found:

I don't know if there's a comprehensive one than others, anyway it would be useful to have these abilities.
