The emotion API suddenly stopped working

Hello there, I am testing using your APIs, for the first week in September the API of the emotion specifically was working fine. However now it sends back empty response, I asked a friend of mine to make an account and test and it was all the same. The counter in the Komprehend website is not increasing the count of the calls also, although i am sure inside my node js, it is returning a response but an empty one. earlier one it returned empty ones it still increased the calls but now i just don't know what happened.

In my case, it returned empty response after a long wait. And it works occasionally.
