Tecpod fixedwing vehicle unable to takeoff

Problem Description
The techpod fixedwing vehicle is unable to take off.

This seems to be caused after #690 where the lift coefficients have changed.

For the standard plane the PR results in a delayed takeoff behavior.

@pjdewitte Was this behavioral change intentional? or is it more of a regression of fixedwing vehicles while you were trying to tune for VTOL vehicles?

Steps to reproduce

• make px4_sitl gazebo_techpod
• command takeoff

• Regression caused by Pr liftdrag coefficients #690 and probably a blocker for Liftdrag plugin: calculate forces and moments for large AoA #718
