In the section https://docs.icds.psu.edu/staging/software/loading-packages/anaconda/, it might be worth reiterating linking ~/.conda to work/.conda or giving a link to the "Solution to common quota issues in home" part https://docs.icds.psu.edu/staging/handling-data/file-storage/. And it might be good to add an example on "conda create -p <env_path>".
