Cargo fmt

cargo fmt --all does not work in hyper. Please use the following commands:

# Mac or Linux
rustfmt --check --edition 2018 $(git ls-files '*.rs')

# Powershell
Get-ChildItem . -Filter "*.rs" -Recurse | foreach { rustfmt --check --edition 2018 $_.FullName }
