Improve documentation on newer pages

Compared to the filters page, actions hardly gets any detailed explanation of its capability other than the one-liner in "reference" tables. (from @Pablete1234)

In addition, variable documentation could be improved. According to @Edde, an "explanation of player vs team vs match scope" and splitting up actions and triggers into separate sections would be helpful.
