Of these DLR-BIRA, ESPRI-IPSL, GloH2O, INCOIS-NIO-IPSL, NOAA-ESRL-PSD, UCI-CHRS, and UCSD-SIO are not registered in PCMDI/mip-cmor-tables/MIP_institutions.json. We'll also need to consider additional a new institutions (@gleckler1).
