General Description of change : https://docs.peppol.eu/edelivery/changelog/2021-12/TIA%20Annex%204%20Upgrade%202021%20-%20eDEC%20Guideline.pdf

The changes in the “Service Metadata Publisher (SMP)” specification as well as in the “Peppol Policy for use of Identifiers” are deemed to require a migration period. The migration guide is now set as May 1st, 2022.
