One of the popular tricks of reducing the flickering of AI videos is to reduce fps, and then add the missing frame at the end with editing software. I am using this trick and need to reduce fps to 15 fps after the SadTalker treatment... it would save me a lot of processing time, and an extra step to reduce frame. an option to have 12 fps is ideal for me, and 10, 12, 15 fps would be nice to have.

I changed the FPS value, but the effect is not obvious. I suspect I may have changed it in the wrong place. Can you tell me where specifically I should make this change?
