Travis consistently fails the Pkg.test on the combination of Julia v0.5 and linux/osx (windows is fine), even though it passes the test on my laptop running Julia v0.5.1 on Mac OS 10.12.3. Travis just hangs indefinitely at the first constructor test set. See, e.g., https://travis-ci.org/OpenMendel/SnpArrays.jl/jobs/214014854
I can trace the problem to be constructor from Plink files, probably the mmap function, but no luck fixing it.
