OpenMRS implements a whitelist policy for route names. See the web.xml for the entire list.
The Spring configuration files are: (as defined in web.xml)
- applicationContext-service.xml
- openmrs-servlet.xml
- Each module's:
  - moduleApplicationContext.xml
  - webModuleApplicationContext.xml
