Proposed feature.

The new timeseries report can make an excessive number of plots by default because state rates, control rates, and t_phase are included in timeseries outputs by default.

Dymos 1.8.0 will default inclusion of these variables in the timeseries outputs to False by default to reduce some of the noise of the outputs.
