…ent for rod EndB to be computed incorrectly. This fix makes the fortran version of MoorDyn v2 consistent with the C++ version.

Bug fix from Will West to a typo in how bending moments are transmitted between Rods and Lines.
Minor console output updates for v2 to be more suitable for release.
Changes in code will update old "connect" wording to "point".
