InChl and SMILES Import buttons give "No line format readers found!" error

Desktop version: (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Version 10.0.26100

Describe the bug
Pressing Build -> Insert -> InChl or SMILES causes an error box with title "No descriptors found!" with the text "No line format readers found!".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build -> Insert -> SMILES
2. Error box appears

Expected behavior
Expected a window to input SMILES code.

Additional context
Linked discussion post (https://discuss.avogadro.cc/t/import-of-smiles-and-fragments-not-working/5295) suggests this was working properly in 1.99?
