[FR] Add Source for gathering Yield Curve and Sovereign CDS from countries other than the USA

Hey! Since we only can access US Yield Curve, it would be nice to include http://www.worldgovernmentbonds.com/ as a source to gather the Yield Curve of others countries. Here we have Brazil's yield curve: http://www.worldgovernmentbonds.com/country/brazil/, but we could access any other country just by changing the URL.

They also have Sovereign CDS, which can be very useful too: http://www.worldgovernmentbonds.com/sovereign-cds/

Unfortunately our team is trying to move away from webscraing and only supporting official APIs due to the maintenance required to keep up with any changes to the web pages.

If there are other sources to get this information from, we would be happy to look into integrating!
