Due to the separate development of the flight path and operations, we now have different templates for their defaults.

We should change the mscolab to be able to use the user defined MSUIDefaultConfig.new_flighttrack_template and replace the server defined mscolab_settings.STUB_CODE.

This way a user configuration can control the template.
