Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

I'm currently trying to play with a Friend who is running Retroarch on PC with my Miyoo Mini +. However, when I connect or he connects, it disconnects directly without us being able to play.
I tried to disable network limitations, check the core, but no real solution. I had already had this problem before, I gave up hoping that it would be resolved with the new versions, but apparently this is not the case.

Steps to Reproduce

Just launch and try to join a Netplay game

I have this problem with a friend who uses Retroarch on PC. I would like to play with him. Him on his PC and me my console
