Figure/Punctuation Spaces

Please consider adding:

U+2007 FIGURE SPACE (should equal digit width when tnum is enabled)
U+2008 PUNCTUATION SPACE (should equal . and , width, though currently . and , aren't exactly equal)

On a sidenote currently tnum seems to behave a bit strange, and digits are seemingly disproportionately spaced apart, except for 0 and 1.

I'd expect digits to have the same width when tnum is enabled.
