Migrate to PreAuthorize that calls PermissionService instead of using the scope constants #15

Basically refactor all PreAuthorize annotations to be on the following format:
@PreAuthorize("hasPermission(@permissionService.canReadProducts())")

This makes the code even more rubust, so that it won't be any copy-paste errors.
