Customer meetings are held on Mondays 9:00-10:00, with team members arriving by 8:50. This is followed by sprint planning in Luola until 11:00.
Luola is reserved for the following hours:
- Monday 9-12
- Tuesday 8-17
- Wednesday 8-16
- Friday 8-16
Daily Scrums in Luola + Zoom at 9:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesday and at 10:30 on Fridays. Retrospective in Luola + Zoom at 10:00-10:30 on Fridays.
Aim for a total amount of 15 hours per week per person, whether remote or on-site. This includes meetings and retrospectives.
