These are associated with old pub files. They can be found within the Software page , and they all lead to the website: https://www.opendap.org/pub which does not exists. These files likely leave in the old website which has been taken out, but might migrate to some archival website (old.opendap.org or something like it). We made a decision not to include any of these (pub) files to the new website.
All urls in the screenshot below lead to the old pub subpage which does not exist in the new website
I think what needs to happen is to remove any link to the old website (pub files) for now, as we decide where to host the old website with these archival pub files. What do you think @jgallagher59701 ?

For now, I decided to remove the links, since these subpages do not exist. But In the description above it states the correct url for each option. Once we have a better location for that content, we can add the urls back
Now that the files are available and that the urls listed above are now functional, I have restored the links to each of the items in the original page (as described in my description of the issue ). With one exception:
