WIP:

  • Check if a scan is axial, sagittal or coronal.
  • Reformat so the positive Z direction of the generated vtk volume is normal to the axial plane.
    • If the scan is off-axis, check which axis it is closest to, assume this axis, and reformat to axial with respect to this axis.
  • When progressively loading an axial or sagital, the user will see the data streaming along the acquisition direction
