Flag does not go back to equal

After you approve a mapping, the selected flag doesn't go back to EQUAL when you select the next mapping. This is confusing and can lead to unknowingly apply the flag from a previous mapping when approving the next.

We should decide on what should be the default. The most likely options are equal and equivalent. This also raises the question whether we should keep both.
