While awaiting the wide mapping table (#132), there should be a way to export the unit (MAPS_TO_UNIT) and value (MAPS_TO_VALUE) mappings.

New proposal: add ability to export to STCM based on relationship. This will add two more export options, one for unit and one for value, filering by the relationship. The normal STCM export will only export the MAPS_TO relations.
