It seems "Astro.clientAddress" is missing #8

I am trying out the adapter but on some of my requests it says

ClientAddressNotAvailable: `Astro.clientAddress` is not available in the `@nurodev/astro-bun` adapter. File an issue with the adapter to add support.

This issue has now been fixed and Astro.clientAddress should work as of version 2.0.2.
