SwiftSupport folder gets generated but no content inside

I've successfully used the swift-support script in the past to create IPA's which passed Apple's checks and gets submitted but now, the SwiftSupport folder is generated but there is no content inside it.

The logs end with

  adding: SwiftSupport/ (stored 0%)
  adding: SwiftSupport/iphoneos/ (stored 0%)

and then the script stops working. I've tried using both the xcarchive and toolchain methods. Both don't work. I am on macOS version 14.6.1
