Functions:

~~something to process image data?~~ Probably not needed - just take area, aspect ratio and IF values as a matrix. Or maybe log-transform first.
a function to 1. define cells' neighbors, 2. get cells' mean neighborhood expression, 3. use PCA to reduce neighborhood expression to 10 dimensions.
