Add Nancy.Testing to the list of DefaultIgnoresAssemblies in NancyInternalConfiguration. This will prevent things like FakeNancyModule from being detected, which breaks some of the other bootstrappers because it takes a string as one of the constructor arguments, for it's more greedy constructor.
