  • Update Travis local builds to use Ruby 2.5.x
  • Overall cleanup of old Travis testing code
  • Update Travis OSX image (per @tijcolem OpenStudio is build with xcode 10.2.1 and target platform 10.12).
  • Run openstudio_meta install_gems and publish build to S3.

Also updating to use .dmg instead of .zip for OSX installer.

OSX 'test' builds are working. 'integration' is throwing an error that i expect to be fixed by releasing openstudio-analysis 1.0.2.

rvm env var rewrites are the WORST and you apparently can't get a base Travis build without rvm installed.
