Expected behavior

A valid link is created for each CRTM spectral coefficient database.

Current behavior

The link for the amsua_metop-a SpcCoeff file points to amsua_metop-a_v2.SpcCoeff.bin, which does not exist in CRTM version 2.3.0 (though it does for 2.4.0).

Machines affected

All where CRTM version 2.3.0 is used.

Context

This produces copious warning messages during analysis jobs for any cycle where metop-a data is available.

Additional Information

Reported by @AgnesLim-NOAA.

Possible Implementation

Point to amsua_metop-a.SpcCoeff.bin, if that is the intention, at line 442 of exglobal_atmos_analysis.sh.
