The run_post_hrrr_ifi_HERA.sh script copies (not links) CRTM fix files it doesn't use. That wastes time and disk space. @WenMeng-NOAA discovered this.

@SamuelTrahanNOAA I would think you are meaning run_post_hrrr_ifi_HERA.sh? The crtm fix files are needed in run_post_hrrr_HERA.sh.
