How to get cloud work function variable from a wrf output file?

how can i get cloud work function variable form the wrf output file , by using UPP. Is there something to do with WRF compilation or make changes in the control file of UPP. Kindly help.

It seems like this question is most appropriate to the UPP Q&A forum, so I have converted this from an issue to a discussion. You can take a look at the UPP documentation for the control file here. However, support for WRF ended a few years ago, and we unfortunately don’t have the resources to dig into WRF-related issues. You may find some useful information in Discussion #679, which talks about some of the changes that are required for running WRF with UPP v11.0.0. You may also find support on the WRF/MPAS forum. Not sure what your current WRF work entails, but it might be worth switching to the Unified Forecast System (UFS) in place of WRF. There is a lot more support available for the UFS, and the UPP is included in certain application workflows, like the Short-Range Weather (SRW) Application workflow.
