Added a data-raw folder for processing of data outside of the Atlantis model. This folder contains:
map_functional_group.r)survdatandcomlandrfor all species in these databases and output an RDS file for use in diagnostics/calibration (extract_landings_biomass.r)survey_commercial_data.md)
