v0.6.0: Version for author's certificate

Optimizing plotting: plot less data

Only plot the part of last data, enough for HISTORY_SIZE., which is
stored in internal buffer maintained by TimePlot.

Also fixed bug with unnecessary ++i in loop, which skipped every second
point.
